Joined Atkinson Accounts as a trainee in 2019; having previously worked in an accountancy practice. I’m studying for my ACCA exams having qualified with a degree in Accounting and Finance.
As a trainee I get to work with a portfolio of clients, so I get to know the requirements and demands of small businesses. I prepare quarterly VAT returns as well as working on end of year accounts and Corporation Tax. Dealing with personal tax as well adds a further dimension to my work and understanding.
